Weird Story of Opportunity in Crisis

One of my friend is a store manager in a popular grocery store in Copenhagen in Denmark. One day a person stolen some packs of cigarettes and they caught him red hand and took him to the office for giving him a warning. They gave him a five minutes lecture with a strict warning and left him go.

Now what happened when they caught him and took him to the office, he has returned back all the cigarettes during the warning session and sought apology. While going out of the office, he has taken away manger's i-phone from that was lying on the table.

Weird Lesson:  The thief made a good use of opportunity in the crisis policy while he was giving explanation he has taken silently the cell phone.

Similarly in management, we must create opportunities in crisis as there is always a better option visible through the span of crisis.

Another lesson is to stay calm and confident in every crisis like situation that will pave more way and higher returns.

The World’s Smartest Marketing Question by Marie Forleo

Patricia Fripp at the Toastmaster's International Keynote

Entrepreneurship: Some Fun

Your bosses are comprised of the following:
Your family (always asking “how are things going”, "what is the status”)
Your social media "friends”
Your business partner (feeling like they are scrutinizing everything you are doing at each moment…Not making enough sales, not progressing with the business, making the wrong decisions about everything, etc.)
And yourself (which is the hardest to work with in the first place)
